PRIMARY TASKS WEEKLY

• Remove guest garbage and recycling from house area after Air BnB use

• Empty two metal cigarette buckets and dispose of contents w/rubbish

• Top up inside and outside firewood and outside kindling boxes (winter)

• Maintain high presentation of grass and concrete edges at all times

• Maintain pool surrounds ie concrete paving clean and tidy

• Manage grass growth at front of House, front and side of Pool, Orchard, Kyles Common, Kyles Paddock, 164 gate to grid firebreak and Arlo Acres firebreak (don’t get Tractor to close to fence - might snag a loose wire).

• Check orchard for Wombat/Echidna scratch damage and repair and compress for Robot Mower.

• Sheep nuts in Gizmo & all Chicken Guinea Fowl Pellet feeders full

• Turn sprinkler timer on (if not already wet) for 2 hrs to water 2 fruit trees in chook run

• Poultry water wiped and flushed

• Hydro Intake - clear gutter & pit

• Clean sheep drinking troughs as required to prevent algae build up

• Keep Gizmo/Tractor/Gene fuel full

• Woodshed full of dry firewood
